"This is a long overdue review. Ross Services did a lot of work in my backyard, assisting with a backyard remodel. They expanded my current paver area in my backyard. They built a raised platform along the length of my pool for a nice sitting area. They installed three sheer descents into this area that spill into my pool. They resurfaced my pool. They poured cement footing for a screen enclosure I put into part of my backyard. The area of paver was more than 2,000 sqft. They did the entire job in one week! 6 consecutive days, working from 7am to 7pm. The foreman, Milton, was the best foreman I've ever worked with. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and worked with us. We even changed part of the project midway through and they were extremely accommodating and didn't add onto the time it took to finish the project. They were so good and quick and professional, I've since hired them twice more for different projects in my house."

"Ryan originally came out to see what the job entailed before scheduling an appointment to do the actual work. I had been unable to throw the deadbolt on the side garage door because it wouldn't go into the strike plate. While he was here He said it was the wrong type of strike plate for the deadbolt lock but he was able to get it working smooth as can be in just a couple of minutes and he did it at no cost. He then had me schedule an appointment with Sharon for the front door repairs. Just like the first appointment he showed up right on time. He installed new weather stripping around door and threshold, He also adjusted the door as it had settled over the 21 years of its life and was rubbing a bit when it was opened or closed. Lastly he installed a new door handle that matched the existing deadbolt and re-keyed it so I could continue to use the same key that works with all my other locks. Before the repairs the door didn't seal tight. You could see light in a couple of places around the edges between the door and jam when the door was closed and you had to pull in h****** the door to get the deadbolt to open or close. Now the door closes tightly and when I throw the deadbolt now it slides in and out of the strike plate without have to pull the door in at all. It's a month later now and I'm still loving how much better every aspect of that front door is working. Lastly, as an extra bonus because I mentioned Angies List I got a $25 discount. What could be better than that! <br />"
