"I fired ny prior painter because he was not showing up to finally complete the painting, electrical work, and new baseboards. I was immediately contacted by Simeon Todorov about the work, two days later was able to evaluate the left over work to be done. After approval by my condo building office, he and his man began, and completed the 900 sq ft condo baseboards in ONE Day, touched up the painting, completed hooking up my TV which was installed on the wall, and changed an electrical switch. In two days! I was impressed with his professionalism, efficiency, and quick completion of my project in time for me to put up my Xmas tree. "The individual that did the consult was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work took 8 days. I would highly recommend just buying new cabinets. The mess after the sanding and install was more than I expected. Some of the cabinets were left with debris and a considerable amount of dust in them, the shelves were not sanded on the ends where they were cut, leaving splinters and the sawdust was in the stove, dishwasher, cabinets that were covered and in the adjoining room. The craftsmanship turned out nice but noticeable that the edges were resurfaced. Itâ s hard to resurface cabinets that are old. The new doors cover the refacing. I feel the pricing is way to high for this type of project."
