He asked if I?d put it on my card, then said he?d use his. We rescheduled, but he delayed again and showed up the following day with a helper who did most of the work. It could?ve been a half-day job. The work was fine, but the bill included unexpected charges, pickup, disposal and even installing hardware. That should?ve been discussed upfront."
