"As I only received an estimate, so far the company seem very responsive and  reasonable compared to others that I received estimates. I did sign a contract to have the work done, and as it was not an emergency they repairs won't start until the end of October.
I accepted their estimate and scheduled our roof to be repaired. They gave me a date of Oct. 29th, which was fine with me. Oct 29th they came and started work immediately. They were excellent. They cleaned up everything around the yard. Mr. Poole took
pictures of what they had done to the roof so that I could see. He also said if their was any problems his work was guaranteed for 5 years. In addition, I had just bought a hunch for my home and he had his employees carry it in for me.  I think he is terrific and would recommend him to anyone who wanted a new or repaired roof.
