"Left an email message for Poole Roofing late at night, Mark Poole called me at 8:20 the next morning and said he was on the roof at his first job and was coming to see me next. He and the crew arrived before 9:00am and my roof problem was diagnosed as a small hole, and an emergency patched was applied in about 15 minutes. This was fantastic service and a great peace of mind with the unknown effects of the hurricane looming. I have known Mark Poole for many years. Our first encounter was when we had a strange leak by our chimney just a few years after we had a brand new roof put on. It appears that the original roof construction was at fault, and the roofer (not Poole) who had replaced our roof just put back the same problem. Mark Poole designed a long term repair that did not involve rebuilding the roof and we have never had a leak again. More recently, we had a leak around our skylight. Mark came and checked it out, sealed or patched everything that could possibly be a problem, and when the skylight guy kept insisting that the problem was the roof, not the skylight I told him that Mark had checked it out and was sure it was not the roof. Turns out, the skylight guy also knew Mark Poole, and he said if Mark said it was not the roof, then it must be the skylight. They replaced the plastic panel on the skylight, and it turns out Mark was right, the problem has been cured and no more leaks. Mark Poole is the first person whose name I give out any time someone has a roof issue and is looking for a trustworthy roofer."
