"I had the new AO Smith Heater delivered and need installation. I called A Plumbing Pro and got Tim immediately. We set up a schedule and he called back the next day to say he could do things sooner if that would work for me. Happens that the Heater was also being delivered earlier than expected so everything fell into place. Tim did a great job, was very personable and knew his "stuff". Completed the job in short order, cleaned up nicely and loaded my old unit on his truck. A very pleasurable experience and I highly recommend them. His truck was well stocked, could grab just about anything and this enabled him to complete the job in one shot."
