"I wanted to write about our experiences with Cedrick Jones and Gold Star Adjusters. Our insurance company was planning to not pay us for major damage we sustained during a wind storm that hit our house around Feb 2020. Even though water came into the house and was inside the wall, they told us that the damages were only worth about $2K or so and that it would be a cheap fix and the amount conveniently was below our deductible threshold. Mr. Jones was able to force the insurance company to pay out more than enough money for us to hire professionals to come out and rebuild most of the interior and some of the exterior wall where the water was coming from. If it wasn't for him, we would have been on the hook for several thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Mr. Jones also took the time to look over our insurance policy to make sure that they hadn't hidden high deductibles on other items on our policy to prevent any future surprises. I wanted to let you know that Mr. Jones handled everything above and beyond the normal level of care and professionalism one would expect from an adjuster. He spent several hours at our home ensuring that any and all damages were fully accounted for and held the insurance company accountable for payment of the damage claims."

"My husband and I are very pleased with the metal roof that Triple Crown put on our home. "Gulf Coast Roofing was knowledgeable and competent. They started the job when they said they would and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Our old roof was removed in just a day. They used the latest in roofing equipment. They covered and protected our driveway and lanai. Each day they left the job area spotless. They answered all our questions and were professional in every way. We did have an issue with one of the salesmen who was rude to us, but the owners addressed the matter satisfactorily.
