"I should have wrote this review years ago. I had the fence installed in 2008. I had to have 4 posts replaced in 2014 and today I am having 8 more replaced due to rot since they were not installed properly in the fist place. I questioned the crew the day they originally installed the fence as to how much cement they would add to each post. He said that only about a couple feet was necessary. That left almost 2 feet of post buried in the ground which caused the premature rotting.The salesman, Nate, was very professional and I had faith that I would be getting a first class job. Now each year I will be replacing the posts but they are being done the correct way with the cement poured to just below the surface. I have consulted 3 different fence installers as to how my post should have been installed. I feel I was ripped of so that they didn't have to supply and mix the correct amount of concrete. I felt I should write this review to warn others not to make the same mistake I did. We all know wood eventually will rot but to have to start replacing the fence posts 6 years after the fence was installed after paying almost 7K is not right."

"I called on a Friday looking for a quote and they said someone would be out the next day. They called about 11:00 and said they would be there in about five minutes. They came by and gave me a quote of $125 and we scheduled it for Wednesday. They called about 10:30 and were out about 5 minutes later. They installed an oversized drop rod they made at their shop and decided the latch I bought was too flimsy and suggested I return it and get my money back as they did not open it. They then ran back to the shop and got a stronger one and installed that at no extra charge. I now have a working gate that is accessable from both sides."

"Roger was nice to work with.  I originally asked him to come out for a quote on a chain link fence but after Roger looked at our property, he suggested something that might be less "institutional".  'He provided me with several alternative options and we finally decided to go with a quarter rail fence with a wire fence backing.  <br /> I had a somewhat difficult time deciding what type of fence to get and it would have been helpful if he had pictures of past jobs to show potential clients.  They do great work and it would be nice to be able to show examples to people. <br /> In the end, the fence turned out great and we've received a lot of compliments on it.  <br /> My only complaint would be that one of the guys doing the work smoked a lot and kept throwing butts in my yard.  They also left a lot of metal wire scraps and wood scraps in my yard. <br /> Overall, it was a good experience and I would use them again. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Roger and his team were amazing! A huge wind storm decimated our cedar fence which was 20 years old. Roger had previously replaced a few of the old posts and those held during the storm, but complete panels were down. We worked with Roger to design a custom cedar fence with a prairie style top as well as a swinging driveway gate. The work was scheduled and had to be pushed back a couple of days due to rain. Roger kept us informed along the way. When the crew actually came, it took them two days and the results were gorgeous. They even stayed late to finish on the second day, using headlamps when darkness fell. They cleaned up after themselves. We had one issue which Roger cleared up personally. Our fence is lovely, and we've had many people comment on it. We would HIGHLY recommend Roger and his team to anyone wanting a quality fence!!"
