I have the invisible fences around the entire parameter of my home and not once has my dog gotten out. He is not afraid but merely stays where he is supposed to?..and he one rowdy Boxer pup! These dogs are so used to this process that my 13 year old dog tried it out and one ?beep? and she was still trained from years ago. "They came over and gave us an estimate for installing the fence.  We ended up not installing the fence because there is a coyote problem around our home and we have a small dog.  We thought the dog being outside alone would not be safe, so we received a partial refund."

"Hire this company!  They are wonderful.  After having Fletcher's install a back yard sidewalk they gave us an estimate for tearing out our old wood deck and sunken paver patio and installing 2 new paver patios. The price was right and we hired him again for this work.  He met and/or exceeded my special needs for our dogs.  His design was perfect and he even has a program that he can feed in your measurements and it prints out what your patios will look like. <br /> <br /> They started tearing out the old stuff on 10/28/2011.  The dumpster was delivered the same day.  The pavers, rock, and sand were delivered the next Monday, I think.  Everything went great.  Correy and his crew were always prompt and they worked hard.  I don't know how they do it.  It's a very physically demanding job but they never complained.  <br /> <br /> After the tear out was done they started digging out the patios, laying the foundation, leveling sand, and laying pavers on the 1st patio, all the while cleaning up each day before they left. <br /> <br /> Fletcher's even coordinated work with our hidden fencing installer to make sure everything was just right.  The hidden fence wire had to go under the new 2nd patio and they devised a way to make it work perfectly.  <br /> <br /> Both new paver patios are gorgeous and neighbors are all jealous.  I think I'll have some referrals for Fletcher's next year.  In fact, I'm so impressed with their work and price that I've hired them for a 3rd time to do another back yard sidewalk in the spring of 2012.  I can't say enough nice things about Fletcher's Custom Design.  Really nice people, very professional.  I am thrilled with my new patios. "INITIAL SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED IN 1999. THEY RECOMMENDED AN UPDATED SYSTEM IN 2002 COSTING ME AN ADDITIONAL $995. EACH TIME MY FENCE HAS BROKEN OR STOPPED WORKING, THEY HAVE REPAIRED IT FOR A $85 SERVICE CHARGE PLUS THE COST OF THE REPAIR. THEY JUST SENT ME A LETTER SAYING THEY WILL NO LONGER REPAIR MY FENCE OR TRAIN MY DOGS. I NOW HAVE A $3000 SYSTEM THAT CANNOT BE SERVICED BY ANYONE OTHER THAN PET STOP AND THEY REFUSE TO DO SO. I AM DISABLED AND CANNOT CHASE AFTER MY DOG. I MUST HAVE A WORKING FENCE."
