"We had our failing patio in the back rebuilt and reconfigured while we were at it. It was maybe a little more challenging than doing a new patio, but all the issues were resolved and we are pleased with the results."

"<p>The technician did an excellent job. He was careful not to damage any surrounding plants. The work was performed on the scheduled days without any delays. The patio pavers look like they are new.</p> <br />"

"have had multiple landscaping projects done throughout the years with Winnscapes. The two salesmen I have worked with actually listen to my ideas and I have been satisfied when the projects are completed. During the work process the foreman will go over with me what they are about to make sure it is what I had in mind before proceeding to the next step. The men doing the work are polite, professional and pleasant. I have ventured off to hire self employed individuals and have always been disappointed with their overall work. Also dealing with an establish company has the advantages of more available skill sets and a better selection of materials from numerous suppliers from which they do business."

"I needed to replace my front brick steps from Brick to Concrete. We have been running into loose bricks, pretty much after each winter, to the extent that I was concerned about safety of visitors (my brother-in-law fell on a loose brick). Chris and crew showed up on time (like 1 min early!). And they did a great job taking all the bricks out and pouring concrete instead to give us a peace of mind and a good looking concrete steps. Throughout the process, Chris explained to me what is going on in detail and answered all my questions. I probably asked him the same question a few times and he patiently answered my questions. Chris is a master mason with specialty in concrete. He knows what he is doing and does it well. He is humorous, generous and a gentleman. Chris (personally) spent a lot of time power washing other areas of my pavers even though that was not part of the deal. I offered to pay him for it but he refused and said "I just want the place to look gorgeous when I leave. I highly recommend Chris and his team for any concrete / cement work."

"Manuel and his crews did an amazing job transforming our back yard into a beautiful living space! Pictures below, but this was basically a 12x24 old wooden deck before they started. We couldn't be happier with our new covered patio and paver work around the pool. It took longer than expected to complete but they were very detail oriented and all inspections passed flawlessly. I had originally contracted with Cap City Decks/Patios for this job and am so happy I got out of that as they are the absolute worst company I have ever experienced. I am so glad I found Rangels for this project and highly recommend their work and professionalism."

"We have used Jonathan for the last several years and he has done everything from tearing out old shrubs and trees and replanting with new trees and shrubs, building stone retaining walls, designing new landscape area in the back yard, and edging, mulching and trimming all established landscaped areas. He is meticulous in all areas and does daily complete cleanup. He is punctual, personable and very trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend him and will continue to use him personally."

"We used Flores Landscapes for our back patio and are so happy we decided to use them. They put in an Oberfields Travertine natural stone (Ivory/Noche) patio for us. The entire experience with them was outstanding! The crew worked all day rain or shine, we were truly impressed with the company’s work ethic. Every night they also cleaned up all areas, our neighbors were impressed. I highly recommend Flores Landscapes, you will not be disappointed. We look forward to our next project with them soon."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Marengo, OH

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
