"Justin was very professional.  When he was unable to complete the work on the original scheduled date, he called in advance and explained the situation as to why he needed to come out the following week.  The job took three days to complete.   Justin and another worker had to remove the toilet in the half bath. There was a $50 charge for that job.  When it came time to reinstall the toilet, Justin discovered it needed new bolts and he went out right away to purchase them.  He came back shortly and completed the job.  He took the time to explain how to care for the floor afterwards.   The finished floor looks very nice and we are happy with the final product.  I only wish the cleanup from the dust would have been a little more thorough.  Other than that, I would definitely hire Justin again if the need arises.

"Very well. Darrin was very prompt and responded quickly to my calls. The project ended up being a little bigger project than expected. After removing the rotted pieces of wood, it was discovered the wood was damaged almost to the interior drywall. Darrin did a great job evaluating the damage and was fair in estimating the cost of the unexpected damage. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the repair process."
