"I went on the website looking for someone who was servers A lawn sprinkler pump I had a handyman take a look at it The pump loads is prime and after he made all the checks that he could possibly make he said I needed a new pump I ordered a new pump He installed it and still had the same problem It won't hold its prime It was late so he left he said it'll be back in a week and that was when I went online looking for someone 5 service people contacted me and I asked for an estimate J and S was the first ones he said he would have a man within the hour the man came out he took a look at it I went inside and told him let me know what's going on when you have a moment when I went out there he had done quite a bit of work he said I needed a check valve I figure what the hell he's already got this thing started Let's do it Long story short he Rep my problem He even cleaned off all the heads to make sure that they were all working J&S is my 5 Star Pro"

"We hired this company for two reasons. One was to move our sprinkler pump. Instead, Miami Waterworks did not bother to move the pump but installed very long and unsightly PVC pipes between the units We had to contact them to come back out and remove the pipes which we did not ask for as well as to move the pump. When they moved the pump, they then installed it noticeably crooked. The other reason that we called them was to renovate our sprinkler system. We needed to replace some sprinkler heads, as well as to add some in other places. Within a few days of Fernando coming out, two of the sprinkler heads shot right up into the air creating a large waterfall in each spot. We called them and Fernando came out and fixed them. However, the very next time we went to use the sprinkler system, the same issue happened AGAIN in both spots and we had to call a second time. Fernando did come back out and fixed them with the absolute assurance that he would fix them so well that the problem would not re-occur. Then we went into the Rainy Season as well as Hurricane Irma. A couple of weeks after Irma, we needed to use the sprinkler system and the same issue of shooting off waterheads and waterfalls happened FOR THE THIRD TIME. We have since called Miami Waterworks three times in late September and October and they never bothered to return any of our calls. Ten months after this installation and we have only been able to use our sprinkler system three times. VERY. POOR."

"Emerson was the tech sent to repair the sprinkler head- he was very professional and quickly found the issue and quickly fixed it. Their cost was very reasonable and affordable. I will use them again."
