I Submitted a request on a Saturday morning around 6:00 and had a phone call from Pete May - the owner of Precision Decorative Concrete asking to come by that morning for an estimate! Pete showed up and was professional and and very detailed in his proposal. He said he would email me later in the day. Because I have had several other estimates I expected that Pete s estimate would be out of my price range. I was very happy that the estimate was well below others and provided more detail. ( this project has been on the back burner for 3 years !) I accepted his proposal and the job was complete within a week ! ( I didn t ask, but didn t expect them before 8:00 am!). I have never had a contractor show up early! They were here well before 8:00 am and did prep work as planned. The rest of the project went extremely well. "They were very nice the problem was that they didn't have any material with them, they said no material which meant either they said no material in the ad it meant they didn't supply any of the shrubs or any of the plants or anything and they didn't have any tools with them for planting or anything else but anyway I borrow some stuff from my neighbors so it was fine. They should explain in their ad that they don't supply any tools that you have to have your own gardening tools."
