The work started immediately, on Feb. 26, and the rest was done by agreement between pre-scheduled jobs. Due to rainy days and Tracy being short-handed, there were some communication problems. "My old steps were really bad.  Looked bad, steep, narrow tread, wobbly handrail.  A difficult installation, many factors had to be considered that I never thought about.  Involved some exterior plastering eventually.  Stairs are really beautiful now.  The rock facing Irv used is beautiful.  These stairs are such an improvement, words don't express it.  Irv is a great guy, easy going, knowledgable.  Very fair price and a great result.  This is not a simple project by any means.  Very satisfied. <br />"
