On a Saturday afternoon I called to leave a voicemail (not anticipating a reply), only to have Rob pick up the phone and help me fix (for free) the problem with the water heater (navigated it using pictures I sent). Again, he did this without even a visit or wanting a payment, just to be kind. Even after that, he texted randomly a few days later to make sure we still had hot water.
