He was able to get our old Amana side-by-side refrigerator/freezer working again after two different parts failures, and help us get through the long delivery delays for appliances during COVID until we could get a replacement refrigerator. "Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session.
