"So I used Angie's List to narrow down my 3 main choices for a major exterior home improvement project. I got quotes from the 3, and decided on Make A Choice. It was definitely the 'right' choice. The work was done quickly and professionally. Great care was taken to cause little disturbance to neighbors who are VERY close in proximity to my house. Step 1: Siding: These guys were fast, and I mean fast. They blazed through the demolition of the old siding, vacuum sealed the sides, and put up my new hardy board. Just like that it was done and done right. Then it was painted (well) and the house began to look brand new. Step 2: Soffit: I almost didn't spring for soffit, and that would have been a big mistake. These guys did an amazing job on the soffit which now has the under siding looking amazing!! Most impactful thing I had done. All the neighbors are jealous! Step 3: Porch: I asked for a 'beefier' porch, and that is what I got. Amazing railings and new columns. I had them put a band about a foot down from the top of the columns and they really stand out now. The railing is double thick on the top and they are taller now, and the whole thing is the envy of the neighborhood. I also asked for a 'dental trim' and expected a strip from Home Depot or something. Nope. They custom made it, curved and impactful. Above and beyond. Step 4: Gutters: The gutters they installed go so seamlessly with the soffit that you can barely tell they are there! Beautiful and they put in a complete system where some needed gutters had been left out from the initial house build. The match to the rest of the house is uncanny. Step 5: Door: This they outsourced to a guy who also blew me away with a professional install and removal of my old door. Cleanup was done after each major renovation and at finish and everything was pretty close to "move in" ready. They did destroy a cement fountain, but patched it up so you could hardly tell. (I knew I should have moved that thing out of the way!) The only non-10 out of 10 would be the trim painting on the porch and windows, which got a bit rushed with bad weather, and even that gets a 9-10, with the only little things I could catch being quite 'nit-picky'. Overall, this company delivered in spades on the goods it promised and they were very responsive throughout the whole process. I would 100% use them again without hesitation for any other external house projects!! Priced competitively and delivering results that exceeded my expectations."

"Make A Choice Home Exterior was a company that exceeded our expectations. After interviewing 5 different companies we knew they were the one that was going to assist us in the largest financial decision we had to make. We had never remodeled the exterior of our home, or any others and the task seemed overwhelming. Chuck was extremely knowledgeable in the process and took the time to listen to our concerns. His professional approach on â what is reasonable and customaryâ when starting a project of this scale made us both feel at ease. He provided many different options for repair, replacement and kept it all within our stated budget. Choosing the paint colors was the only thing he said was, a personal preference and mentioned that Sherwin Williams is the best choice for exterior paint, and they have any colors that meet your expectations. Project took 2 weeks and came in on budget. Their crew was employed by MAC and not sub-contractors. They were on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and very respectful of our property. On Time. On Budget. Amazing results. If you are interested in having work done, please contact Chuck and the team at MAC."

"Very professional work, and straightforward pricing. Removal of old siding identified rotten beams, which they replaced at a good price. Spent the time doing the job correctly (cold and wet weather meant they needed to keep coming back to finish the painting, which they did. Would highly recommend."

"Jose and his team did an outstanding replacing damaged hardi plank around my chimney chase. Great price, on time, excellent work and all was cleaned up when completed. I highly recommend this company!"

"Impact's team did an excellent job of repairing my roof leak and the resulting wood rot. Completed job looked as good as new and was done in a timely and professional manner at a reasonable cost. Would definitely use them again."

"They replaced all the weathered cedar boards on my house, pressure washed it, and restained it. Also repairs were made to the ceiling of my garage. They always came on time and they always cleaned up the debris. Easy to work with."

"Fabian did a wonderful job. The siding looks as good as new and he also refastened my shutters. Iâ ll definitely be using his services again."

"Excellent craftsmanship on the soffit and fascia repair work. Gutter installed beautifully. I can't tell where the damage used to be or that any wood was repaired...that is how flawless of a job they did. Will be saving contact info and reaching out for future work."

"I had some pieces of vinyl soffit pulled out, most likely by squirrels. Several other companies declined this small job due to the hight and steepness of that part of the roof. Aldo of Next Step Contracting was able to schedule us the following week to avoid rainy weather earlier. They were running a couple hours behind due to another job, but communicated this & kept us updated. They showed up prepared with replacement soffit material and were equipped with proper fall restraint harnesses, which was good to see. Any company that short-cuts the safely of it's workers, probably short-cuts in other areas. Aldo & his assistant had this section of soffit repaired, and properly secured in about an hour. Would not hesitate to hire them again!"
