"This is a traditional house and there's a lot of windows.?It's a nice sized house but it's not like enormous, but I do happen to have like a lot of windows in this house.?Plus I have storm windows, and so they had to take the storm windows off and do those inside and out and then the windows inside and out, and so it adds up to - I think I have probably forty windows on all three levels of the house.?They are window cleaners, but they also do things like power wash your deck, and they power washed the roof gutters. We had them do extra things, not just the windows. They were very good, and I got them off of Angie's List.?It was an extra hundred to have them power wash the deck and another hundred to power wash the gutters.Their price is comparable to others that we've had in the past. They were really good men, very pleasant.?I'd give them an A all the way down."

"I was really looking forward to hosting a Christmas party starting off with a Christmas lights tour for 2 1/2 hours. I became somewhat apprehensive when my son came over and said that the roads were in really poor condition, cars were slipping and sliding and it took him twice as long to get to my house as usual. So I called Renee's Royal Valet to ask them about it. Much to my relief, they said that the roads in the area we would be touring were clear and they had several other cars out at that time with no problems. The driver showed up about 10 minutes early and told me that the roads were OK and much better than they had been the night before. He helped us load our snacks and wine in to the limo, showed us how to work the temperature controls in the back of the car and explained the tour to us. He was unfailingly patient and courteous throughout the evening. As promised the roads were fine and the tour went off without a hitch. We drove to the western suburbs and saw the most spectacular Christmas light displays, moving figures, and projections onto outdoor screens complete with music. Some of the music was timed to the light displays and came through the sound system of the limo. We had a blast! After we were dropped off back at my house to continue the Christmas party, we decided that a Christmas lights tour with Renee's Royal Valet would be our new Christmas tradition each year. Their professional office staff and drivers provide needed information and really do take care of their customers."

"From the scheduling of the quote through the billing and payment process exceeded expectations. The scheduling email had photo of estimator. Estimator gave quote onsite. Very reasonable price. Received emails on scheduling of when to expect work to be completed by. Phone call when date set. Crew called on way to job site walked the job with us and checked b4 they left. Debris picked up by a follow up truck that maybe yet that day or first thing following morning. Truck came within two hours. Everyone we spoke with was very courteous and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. I would give A+ across the board if available."

Bridget was extremely thorough and she put everything back the way i had them. Also, I asked for her help arranging my kitchen and bathroom cupboards and drawers and was very impressed with her organizing abilities and overall performance. "We recently changed the landscaping in the front of our house from rocks to mulch.  Following several recent heavy rainfalls, we noticed for the first time that our front gutter was not draining.  We had not noticed it when it was rock, but because of the displacement of the mulch, it became obvious.  We searched for a provider on Angie's List and were impressed by High Maintenance's reviews.  We called Richard and since this was a small job, he was able to fit us in and complete the job within 24 hours, arriving before his already scheduled jobs the following morning.   <br> <br>We were extremely pleased with his professionalism and level of service.  In a day when great customer service has all but vanished, it was refreshing to do business with a company that recognizes its importance.  We would definitely use High Maintenance Services again for gutter cleaning or any other services they offer."
