They took on the headache of dealing with my insurance company and made sure that I got everything that needed to be done covered. "Craftsman! EXCELLENT! There were only a few workers supervised and they were relatively quiet. Finished the roof in one day. Looks good even after the winds last night. A pleasure to deal with and have working here. It looks like he also repaired the leaks from another new roof by a DIFFERENT company who couldnt seem to get it fixed. What a relief! Again, THANK YOU!!"

"They were honest, helpful and fast. 50year transferable warranty was a great bonus. Not the cheapest in western Mass, though the price was reasonable. They were well worth the little extra to feel like we could trust them. We love our new roof and they even hooked up our bathroom fan vent for us last minute. Very nice guys."
