The most recent bid was quite competitive for replacement windows, which are top of the line, but was not in my budget at the present time since I had higher priority improvements that needed to be done first. Juan, the work-site foreman, went out of his way to explain the procedures and make sure I had no unanswered questions. He made sure my property was cleaned up thoroughly at the end of every day and they worked full days, including Saturday. Juan and his 4 man crew kept in close communication with me on a daily basis so I new their plans before it happened. My house was in dire need of major repair before any thought of siding could be had.
