"If you want <em>an honest company</em>, then I highly recommend this one!  Here's the reason. We had no heat, so we paid about $150 to a different company who told us that we needed a new relay on our furnace which they would have to order and install (for add't cost). When that company never called back about getting the part, my husband finally reached them and they said that the relay for our system was "almost impossible to get" and that we needed to replace our furnace. That's when we called <strong>All Knight</strong> for a second opinion. We didn't have a bad relay at all. For about the same cost that we had already blown on the first company (that left us cold without a working furnace) we have a working furnace now. You really need to be careful about who you get for your heating and cooling needs in Cols. - the first company we called is part of a big and well-known chain here and our experience indicated that they are not trustworthy."

They were on time (a tad early even), explained things when I asked, informed me about ducts that didn't actually go anywhere (which I knew already and was curious if someone would tell me about them), and were generally very sweet gentlemen who seemed to really care about what they were doing. They told me up front, right away that there would be an extra $60 charge because the I have a larger house than what the coupon was good for (I had indeed anticipated this). They were careful around my things and with the vents. I quite enjoyed having them in my home and doing the work. The one gentleman also gave me good tips on my furnace filter situation because he was a self-proclaimed "filter fanatic." Would definitely recommend them again."
