"The duo of Jeff and Gill arrived on time. They explained their process, set up their equipment and went to work. They located the furnace and a window to work through; then all the ducts, and the living space heat/cool register and return openings. The duo then used high pressure air hoses with an agitator on the end from the top with a high pressure vacuum attached to the basement ducts and outdoors. We are glad to have the dirt & dust removed from our ducts and had a good experience with the company. Our only blip was that the company was not responsive when we tried to schedule the work to be done. Be aware that the company cannot work when the temperature is below 32 F degrees because they must turn off the furnace; rescheduling is normal so go into this work knowing that."

"Service provider was on time and inspected the carpet prior to cleaning. He spent around 2 hours cleaning the rooms as described above. There was a noticeable difference in the cleaned carpet as it was desperately needing cleaned. Excellent service provided at a price slightly higher price than others, but I feel it was worth it based on how it looked afterwards. Other companies have professionally cleaned our carpet, but certain areas never looked as clean and new as they did this time. Well done! <br />"
