It turns out that it was from our upstairs bathroom toilet (which we were going to replace anyways) The plumber Tyler was super kind and helpful. He fixed our leak and installed the new toilet that I had on my hubby's to do list. I was also surprised about how reasonable their weekend rates were and how fast Tyler got out to us. "I sent a request for estimation on Sunday afternoon, they called within half an hour and scheduled time for Monday morning to visit our location and give us an estimate. Their technician gave us all our options, including re-plumbing the entire bathroom or just fix the two small CPVC-Copper connection leaks.
