"Lou, the owner, made what I thought was going to be a hassle, essentially care free because of his knowledge and sense of ease. He was able to answer all of my questions (and I had a lot) patiently and honestly. He didn't try to sell me on anything that wasn't a necessity rather than what was going to be best for me. He even called me at 11:30pm after I texted him with a question about one of my sump pumps. I would highly recommend Lou and his company for a honest, trustworthy experience."
