They always left a detailed summary report of the treatment done on that particular day. When I had an event planned for the weekend, I contacted them to be sure they did not come out the days prior to treat the lawn. They were very accommodating. "I called to have a couple of tree's removed and trimmed, they scheduled an appointment with me to give me an estimate for the job. <br /> The Owner arrived for our schedule appointment and we discussed what needed to be done and he explained how his crew would do the work. <br /> After reviewing the estimate we booked the job with the office. <br /> The crew arrived ontime with a bucket truck, huge crane and dump truck towing a chipper. <br /> The crew confirmed with me what needed to be done and where septic tank etc were located, then they setup and got to work. <br /> They were very professional, organized and worked together well. <br /> To remove the tree's, they used the bucket to get up into the tree, tied off the limbs to the crane and removed each limb carefully, then swung the limb to the chipper and it was immediately chipped into the truck. <br /> When they were done they raked up any remaining sawdust and hauled everything away. <br /> I've had many tree's removed in the past and in my opinion they were fantastic. <br /> I won't hesetate at all to call them for the next tree removal."

"I could not be happier with my choice. Shawn was professional, friendly, and knowlegable from first contact. He was not the cheapest nor the most expensive estimate I received to complete the work. His quote included more than the cheaper and more expensive estimates I had received. Once hired he began immediately and removed the trees from the house in the first day. It took a little time to complete the job but his concern was the ruin of a lawn in pristine condition. He waited for the ground to dry before starting the portion of the work that required heavy equipment. The lot is also on a very steep downward angle . I feel that he completed the job in a timely manner considering that the weather continued to work against him. Upon finishing he left the property in excellent condition. He removed the 7 foot diameter root ball as well so one would never know the wreck it all had been . The only tell tale sign is where he graded, seeded, and fertilized the portion on the yard where the trees had fallen and gouged the ground."
