My project was for an 1,840 sq ft area and required excavation work, an interior 1,200 sq ft garage that was finished glass-smooth, and an exterior 640 sq ft covered patio finished with reclaimed timber stamped concrete. On my project, Dan was not only my concrete expert, but also my excavator, my exterior designer, and my mentor in how to shape my outdoor paradise, ensuring every aspect was done with intention. While other contractors just provided a price per square foot over the phone, Dan came on-site for our initial meeting and immediately demonstrated his professionalism and passion for transforming your standard concrete patio into something to be proud of. During the planning phase, Dan demonstrated that he was more concerned about doing the job right and beautifully then bringing home the biggest paycheck, and offered his years of insight and advice to help us design our dream patio. "The house was recently purchased. It's over 150 years old and had been neglected for quite a long time. The building inspector listed pointing as the most urgent exterior repair. The house is not large but the amount of repair and pointing was extensive. Quinn Brothers was selected for the work from a short list of competitors whose cost estimates were similar. Quinn Brothers was selected because Patrick Quinn spent the most time familiarizing himself with the project and making suggestions about options. The quality of work Quinn Brothers did is top-notch. The crew worked steadily and the job was completed in the timeframe promised. Communications were excellent throughout the project, with prompt notices from Patrick about how the job was progressing and prompt responses to my texts. More masonry work is needed at the house and Quinn Brothers will be doing that work, too."

"My wife has said “I love my kitchen” almost every day. From the original 1950s era kitchen, two walls were removed and the rest was taken down to the studs. A beautiful counter was built between our new open kitchen and dining room, both recessed lights and pendants were installed as well as new flooring. One reason I decided to use this builder is that Harry has the ability to take care of every aspect of the project. He and his workers are skilled with carpentry, plumbing, flooring, painting and excellent tile work. He outsourced the electrical, new HVAC and granite to quality people. Because Harry has done so many similar jobs, he gives appropriate guidance as to what styles, colors, etc. would work best. For instance, he basically rearranged our expanded bathroom and it looks great. Overall, we are glad we selected Harry and his crew at the Bathroom and Kitchen King."

"Davinson and his team worked on our project as if it were their own property. They did everything that Davinson proposed and nothing prevented them from completing the job as scheduled. We had a 400 square foot patio done, 10 sections of wood fence and new back steps. Awesome job. I plan to hire them again for our driveway."

"Matt and his associate acted professional the entire time they were in my home. They showed when expected. Matt instructed me on what he will be doing and what to expect from him. They answered a lot of questions. He helped me choose the grout and even offered to pick it up for me. They began work and cleaned up everything and took all trash when they left. They installed backsplash and it looks great. I definitely recommend rep-Tile flooring and more. *His price was very reasonable too!"

"Two years ago we were looking to put in a patio in our backyard surrounding our pool.  It only had a 3-4' concrete surround, so not much sitting room at all.  We got bids from a half dozen contractors.  Half did pavers, half did stamped concrete.  Jeff was one of these original bids we got.  We ended up holding off that year, but last fall we were ready to move forward.  We kept Jeff's information, and ended up using him for the job.  We choose him over the other companies, for several reasons.  He was very easy to work with, and never rushed our decision or design choices.  He gave us input on the design, but also listed to what we wanted.  He took the time to drive us out to see sample jobs and different colors so that we would be happy with our final choice.  His pricing was very fair compared to the other bids we received.  The companies that came out with the cheaper quotes did not seem as professional, and I would not be comfortable with them to do this size of a job.  His pricing is very comparable to stamped concrete quotes, so going with real pavers was a no brainer.
Our job entailed ripping up a lot of existing poured concrete, removing several tons of stone and then putting down the 2000 sqft patio and walk ways.  We had a walk way put in leading from backyard to our driveway, and then from main patio to our walk out basement.  The crew cleaned up everyday, was right on schedule, and price came in as quoted.  No surprises at all.  This was a big job, and we are extremely satisifed with the work that was done.  We had a small draining issue and Jeff came out recently to fix it, and did not charge for the work.
I have since referred a couple friends to Jeff and they are equally satisfied with the work that was done.  We plan to use Jeff again as we look to do a couple more additions to our backyard over time.
