Cleanup was perfect. A problem was discovered with the type of nails that had been used previously on the plywood; these were replaced at no additional charge for time/labor. I was also able to keep my existing skylights because this crew had the expertise and was willing to spend the extra time and to secure the proper flashing. The team worked until dusk, and Ivan refused to be paid until he returned the following day to determine that not a single nail was left on my property. This company was a pleasure to work with."

I called today for a roof repair need and was greeted by a very friendly woman (sorry - I forgot her name)! She mentioned that with the very heavy storms coming through recently, she could have someone come look this week, but it may take up to two weeks to fix given the surge in requests. I was so pleased to get a realistic assessment of timing, even if it risked my signing with them.
