We expanded the original job to include replacing the floors throughout the downstairs, putting in a new bathroom, installing a new water heater, rebuilding a closet, fixing our heater/circuit board and replacing the thermostats. Joe kept us updated throughout the process. He was respectful and kind and did everything he could to keep us within our budget. We then hired him to do the roof. There was a small problem with the torch down porch roof twice, which can happen when dealing with water.
