Mike, the sales rep was very professional and spent a lot of time explaining their process. He allowed me time to make a decision, and I decided to go forward. A few months later, the cabinet installation by Simon was exceptional. His attention to detail and workmanship was outstanding. He explained what he would be doing each day, what the process would entail, and alerted me when it would "get loud." He was extremely knowledgeable, experienced and competent, and I knew the final product would be beautiful. It was evident that he took great pride in his work. The cabinet refacing turned out beautifully. I am extremely satisfied with the final results and would highly recommend Kitchen Saver to anyone considering kitchen cabinet refacing. Five stars!!"

"We had our maple kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts refinished by them. The refinished cabinet doors looked better than when original. The refinishing job really brought out the grain in them. They were redone in the same stain as original and the color matched the cabinet frames perfectly. It was a great value for the money. Much less than refacing. When Pete came out to estimate the job, we asked about refinishing and refacing and he gave us an estimate for both. He readily answered our questions about the work. Communication was good and mostly by email. Joe, the refinisher was very friendly and polite. He comes out and removes the doors and drawer fronts to take them. He returns and reinstalls and aligns the doors. He kept in communication with us when an unforeseen issue made it not possible to keep or original reinstall appointment. I highly recommend this company."

"I was interested in getting new kitchen cabinets, but I did not want to make any changes in the current layout.  I found out that refacing was the best option for what I wanted based on need and cost.  They were very efficient and professional.  I was very pleased with my new cabinets.  The only downside to the new cabinets are the brackets that hold the drawers are not equip to hold much weight.  So, the company has to come out to reinforce the drawers after installation."

I know that in some of the past reviews it mentions not being able to get a hold of Keith, I had the same issues but he does always call back, maybe it takes him just a little longer than our nerves can take, since it is a big investment thoughts tend to go to…..did I make the right choice? We are here to tell you that at the end of the project, they are reliable, honest and they really care about the quality of their work. "The crew from Goode Design Painting were the best! I could not have been more pleased! They did an excellent job. They were very professional, punctual, courteous and personable. They left everything immaculate and it looked beautiful when it was completed. I had recently purchased the townhouse and the kitchen cabinets were oak and the walls were pink They painted the cabinets in a bright white and a light gray for the walls; it was transformed! Beautiful! Like a brand new kitchen! There was an initial mix up in the wall color but it was immediately rectified. It is very obvious that Goode Design Painting company actually CARES about pleasing the customer and performing an excellent job. I had actually contracted them for two different jobs a month apart. I knew after the first job I would have them back again. The owner Denny Goode responded to my initial inquiry promptly and was willing to work with my schedule and to accommodate me with no problem. "The refinishing of the floors went without a hitch. Our house has four sets of stairs that have 6 landings and all of the stairs were carpeted when the house was built. When Tony's team took up the carpet on the stairs we discovered that the builder had made the steps and risers of white wood but the landings were press board which would look terrible painted.  Tony and his team then had to install 6 small floors, one on each landing, before the painting could proceed.  Once the floors were installed the steps and railings were painted but in doing so we discovered that  the sides of the steps need repainting because of the carpet removal. Tony's team then returned to repaint the sides of the steps. Tony and his team members are professional and courteous and are very customer focused and as a result will do whatever is needed to make sure the customer is satisfied.
