I had worked hard to gather the items that I needed for this business to load into their truck to take to the dump. I put a tag on each item that needed to go. The last thing that I did was to open my basement door to allow access. The door wouldn't open. I juggled the door locks and I pulled the knob with all of my strength. It would not budge. My phone rang; they had just arrived with their truck! What could I do? They would not be able to remove anything with the door locked!! I greeted them outside and explained my problem. Could they PLEASE help me get the door open? Yes, they would try! I gave them a chisel and a hammer. It took several tries, but... at last, the door came open! I was so relieved!!
