"I have never been more pleased with a company than this one. We called about water damage to house and when edcarrived he looked at the roof and chimney. He was very honest and professional. Explained to us how the liners we were bad and how the moisture from the furnace was bleeding through the old brick and mortar. He also was able to replace and PERFECTLY match up siding on my house the is at least 20 years old. We also had some shutters that were in the basement that we had bought which I asked him to hang whe they were here. They did the work over two and a half days, cleaned up each day like the was never here. He took pictures of the work on the roof as he progressed and emailed them to me since my house is 3 full storeys high. If you are lookinf for and GREAT CONTRACTOR THEN PLEASE CALL THEM! "We bought a home two years ago that was built in 1927, and we’ve been in the process of renovating it. It is our home, so we’re doing the work so we can continue to live in the house, not to sell it. We hired Robert Dell’Aquila to replaster the ceilings and walls in our living room, dining room, foyer, and staircase. The old ceilings in our LR and DR were old 12x12 tiles over furring strips. The old plaster on our foyer and staircase ceilings was a “stipple” texture, and the walls in the various rooms were two different types of textured plaster, high-relief “orange-peel” and swirled. It was ugly and had numerous cracks in it. Robert and his crew did a wonderful job of giving us smooth plaster walls and beautiful “skip-trowel” textured plaster ceilings in all those areas. The whole crew did good work, but Tony Baker, who is Robert’s partner, is particularly noteworthy. Tony supervised the job and did the ceilings. The work he did on the ceilings is beautiful. He did a fabulous job. As for the walls, I couldn’t believe they were able to give us such a smooth finish over those old heavily textured walls. Robert worked with us to accommodate our schedule delays when a contractor who was supposed to do some preliminary work for us (taking down the crown molding, removing the old ceiling tiles, and some unrelated electrical work) bailed on us after months of delays, and we had to hire a different contractor to do that work. I appreciate that Robert was easy to contact and responsive, and I could communicate with him by text or email. When we were finally ready, Robert scheduled our job to begin within a week. The work took four days and each day the crew was prompt, worked hard, was meticulous, and was thorough. They paid a lot of attention to detail and cleaned up well when the job was completed. The price seemed fair for the amount of work we had them do. We are very happy we chose Robert Dell’Aquila and Tony Baker to do the work for us, and we would recommend them without any reservation."

"Great work. Moved most of the heavy items in the basement, epoxy finish looks amazing. Third floor room went from blue, orange, purple and lime green child's room to a neutral any age bedroom. They tinted the primer for best coverage of old color, two coats of paint. Instead of just touching up the baseboards as we agreed, they repainted them completely so the finish would look better. This is the second job they've done for us. Wonderful company!

"Firstly, this review is two years after the fact because both spouses thought that the other spouse had posted a review! (I know!...our apologies!) More importantly, this is a first-rate company with high standards for both their work and their employees!! We will definitely return to this company for any future work we require. Workers were always punctual, good-natured, and respectful of our property. The project was a tear-off of a porch tar roof and replace with metal roofing. Also, the second-floor surrounding wood shakes were replaced with siding that resembled wood shakes. Rotted wood soffit was replaced, painted and matched to existing soffit. A spotlight was replaced in that same area. The leaking roof had brought down plaster inside the house; the ceiling was patched and painted to match the existing ceiling. Two years later and the work looks great with no problems. Again, will definitely return to this company in future."
