"The project went very well, especially considering the steep slope in out back yard where the fence was going.  The estimator came out and gave us a reasonable estimate and an availability that fit our schedule.  <br /> <br /> When the installation crew arrived, they got right to work removing the old fence without damaging the flower borders.  All posts were cemented in place and everything was checked so it was straight.  There were a couple of points of confusion between the estimators plans and the crew's understanding of the project - but they were very flexible and modified the design on the spot. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"Mr Lopez did a walkthrough and pointed out the loose fence posts and said they needed to be replaced. Gave us price options for 4x4 and 4x6 replacement posts. We went with the 4x6 since we felt they would be able to support the fence portions that were not replaced, and the 4x6 looks fine. When they took out the old fence posts (many of which were put in 3-4 years ago by another company) we could see that some were rotted through, and some of the 7' posts were sunk only 6" into the ground. So we are very glad we replaced them. In all they replaced 21 posts plus the 12' section of fence. The replaced fence and gate look great. Mr. Lopez' crew could replace most posts without going into the neighbors' yards, which was convenient. It took 2-3 days to repair all the fences , and the gate was installed later. He and his crew were polite and professional. There was a minor issue with the gate being too narrow (measuring issue), but they put in a shim to correct for that. It still looks great. We definitely recommend Lopez Fencing."

"John looked at the pics I sent him, discussed the problem thoroughly, answered all my questions, recommended a simple solution with a quote on the spot.  Completed the job efficiently and stuck to the quote, even though there were opportunities to increase it.  Although I wasn't there for the repair he took a picture of the repaired frame before installing the metal, to show that he actually did the repair (instead of just covering up the damage or a sub-par repair with metal).   He even put a coat of primer on for me.  Work area was left clean.  Repair was well done, and I appreciated his responsiveness, skill, efficiency, and honesty.  Will definitely hire again should the need arise. <br />  "

"Jeronimo was on site during some of the process. The fence seems to be well installed. The fence was not replaced in the same place as the fence that was removed in my opinion. We have a disagreement about this. I would take before pictures and be on site throughout the removal and installation if I used this company again. I did not take pictures before the removal of the old fence so I feel partly responsible."

"Fabulous! They were really better than we expected .Totally professional and accountable. They really helped guide us through the process. This was a fence between us and the neighbor and our neighbor was not at all cooperative. They helped us navigate through that whole process helping us to pick the designs and what would be acceptable as far as the city regulations. They cleaned up every day after themselves everyday. They waited until it was safe after the rainy season so that we wouldn't have damage from weather. We ended up with a more beautiful fence than we could have imagined"
