They had a cancelation and called to see if we wanted a sooner date and we took it. The doors are very nice and the salesman and installer were pleasant and professional. "It turned out okay but I had difficulties.  There was something that they were going to do in addition to what they were here for but I can never get them to send me an estimate.  They quoted the estimate online and I specifically asked them for paper estimates and they said okay no problem we'll send you that.  Well I never got it I called them and I spoke with a guy I think was the owner.  I never got an estimate so I didn't bother with them.  I don't not to use them again in the future other than they didn't follow my request.  That was the only thing I was unhappy about with them.  So I just didn't bother anymore you know or I didn't call anymore. "

"David and 1 of his workers were kind enough to come to my home to fix my sliding door so it would slide on a Sunday morning. They were back to replace the door on Monday. They were on time, efficient and even replaced the wood facing because the new door didn't fit exactly the same as the old door. I will definitely have them do my next job which hopefully won't be an emergency like the first job. While they were here, I also asked them to hang my Christmas lights and fix my flag stone path. They were efficient and affordable. I highly recommend them."

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"It went very well. The paint job looks great. I let them choose the color. There were no paint drips on the sidewalks or the house, they cleaned up when they were finished. We had quotes for much higher. They are very nice and easy to work with."
