Alaine stated it is on the contract I signed which was signed in Oct 2023. And they still never finished the job. Buyer beware. It was a nightmare from the word go. The plaster and paint guys left a horrible mess and property was stolen. To which the company said “no way out guys steal”. They wouldn’t even ask/check with them.
