"I had a leak in August that needed fixing and out of multiple inquiries, Waterman Building & Remodeling was one of two (out of about six) that responded and gave a flat rate for the fix. While here I wanted to get a quote on a new roof as it was 20+ years old and was provided that number before they left. They came back two months later to remove the old shingles, replace any bad plywood and install the new shingles. It was all done in under a day, cleaned out the gutters and then walked the property multiple times to clean up anything that fell off. Highly recommend Brian and his team and will definitely use again when needed."

The date proposed was mid October but the actual work was much sooner (low slope roof) and completed in several hours The roof has now gone through several seasons without issue. "Well, I knew it was time for a new roof. Based on its age and just looking at it, I knew it. I had put off this decision for quite a while now, but yes, now was the time to finally invest in a new roof. Would I rather spend the money on a Hawaiian vacation or perhaps a new Zero Turn Lawnmower yard toy? Maybe, but if I am thinking clearly and correctly, not really! I knew a great roof replacement would add great protection not only for the home, but for me and my loved ones. It provides peace of mind, dynamic curb appeal, and one less big worry. After speaking with him, I was confident about their services and capabilities, the materials, and the process, steps and timeline for the job. I also felt that the project cost was very competitive, reasonable, and fair. From contract to materials delivery to house prep and to the completed roof and cleanup, the project went along quite smoothly. I am very pleased with my new roof. I really am and I would like to publicly thank Jim, Elias, Sean, Samantha, and the whole crew. "Selection of this contractor went smoothly from start to finish. Estimate was considerably less than another contractor using the same CertainTeed roofing system. I do not select on cost alone. I got quotes from 3 other companies. Normal estimate was using the Landmark Pro shingles, also was given estimate for the Landmark shingles when I mentioned budget constraints and my longevity, I’m a senior citizen. Left me info on the CertainTeed system materials and installation. When I decided on the Landmark did not try to convince me to rethink choosing Landmark Pro. On date of install they arrived around 7:15 but said they wouldn’t begin work until 8 so not to disturb neighbors. Considerate, I live in a over 55 development. They worked quickly and professionally, first hanging tarps to collect debris and stripping roof. Crew moved along quickly. Needed to replace some decking around vents,which they did at no up charge. Owner, Luis Castro, stopped by from another job to check work even going up on roof to inspect. Left me his card and told me to call with questions or concerns. Cleanup was amazing. Left my property as if they never were here! This was one concern as other roofer,s doing work in neighborhood have left blown debris and nails in street. They did not. Debris that was wind blown into neighbors yard was retrieved. Also in quote was to reroof shed and install gutters and downspouts at front of house. Shingles were underestimated including shed so they applied the DiamondDeck underlayment and drip edge and were back next non rain day to finish shed. I was amazed at the proficiency and speed work was completed. I highly recommend this company and already have to a neighbor. Very professional, supervisor answered any questions I asked, courteous and treated my job as if it was their own. Crew was very proficient. Owner should be proud. I was satisfied with all aspects of project."

"- Very prompt, professional service delivered at a great price on our Newton expanded bungalow. - Owner, Brian (in business for 25 yrs) assessed/priced job and, with on-site job supervisor, was available at every stage of job completion. - I requested 4 references which Brian gave me at random but said he doesn't call former customers in advance of such requests so wasn't sure if I'd get call backs. All 4 references DID return my calls and all raved about Roofer's Edge/Siding work and value. - Also, work crew included professional women which I appreciated. - Policy is payment at the end of the job when customer is satisfied. - Will definitely use again for siding and or windows given this roofing experience."
