"I hired Mike's team over the past two years to restore 4,000 square feet of 230-year-old heart pine floors. Mike and Chris did an excellent job restoring my floors and installing ceramic tile in the bathrooms. We had a weird project schedule, and we were able to work together to get it done to museum quality for this historic home at a reasonable price. Mike goes beyond the call of duty to get the job done and done correctly."

"Michael, the owner, was great. He answered all my questions, responded in a timely manner and gave me a great price. Nico, who did the installation, was prompt, professional and a talented guy. I'm super happy with my new floors and would recommend Flaker Flooring to anyone."
