"This was a very good experience. We had to wait about a week longer than at first expected because his previous client kept adding work. Nato does not leave a job unfinished, but we didn't mind at all because we knew he'd stick with our job until it was done as well. Besides things were moving pretty quickly even so. His team is very friendly and all smiles, though all communication goes through Nato, which works out well. He was very cooperative with any small changes we requested. The paver seams are nice and tight, even around the circular concrete bases we installed beforehand in preparation for a pergola my husband built subsequently over the patio. The overall quality of his team's work is very good. His price was middle of the road (not lowest, not highest) and though expensive for us personally, was well worth the price. Seeing how hard his team worked each day (3-5 guys for two weeks) and the excellent quality of work. Quite frankly, I wish every contractor I worked with was like Nato, which is the greatest compliment I can give."

"Scott was very intuitive about our desires and was easy to work with. His crew, led by Francisco, was hard-working and meticulous. CPL poured a new driveway and two walkways for us. We liked their work so much we hired them to do our landscaping once the concrete was installed. They were very creative with the landscape installation, adjusting on the fly to issues that came up. Our yard ended up looking just as we pictured it. Overall, a great experience."

"It went well. The gave me an initial start date of the end of July but actually started the work 2 weeks early. Ron Harmer, the Design Consultant & Project Manager, was AMAZING to work with. I had several companies/people come out to provide and estimate and Ron was by far the best. He efficiently measured and used CAD software to create a floorpan of the project. Ron was always available when I call or at least called me right back. I had an existing privacy pergola they had to move to do the work. That is when we discovered that the wood was rotted. Ron worked with me to come up with a relatively cost effective solution and then they executed the solution effectively. I only spoke to Nai, the construction manager, a couple of times and he was responsive."
