"He came out same day and gave me the estimated cost. Then we made the appt date. Since it was so close to the Masters I didn't think he would be able to get it done until afterwards. He got us in before we left on vacation during Masters week.He did a beautiful job and I have had many compliments on the boarders. My neighbor like it so much he had his home done too. We are using Joe again this year but for the inside of the house, he will be doing my concert floors to look like wood and stone I can't wait. <br />"

"The overall job was completed on schedule and very satisfactory.   <br /> The support posts, rails and light poles were scrapped to remove peeling paint, sanded and scuff sanded all surfaces.  A direct to metal primer was applied to all bare metal surfaces. Two finish coats of Sherman Williams heavy duty exterior, oil based painted with applied.  A thorough clean up of work area was performed after completion. <br />"

"This was the second time they coated the deck.  The one good thing I can say is they actually stood by their warranty an tried to make it right.  On the first go around, I was promised in the contract 3 coats, received 2.  Even made the technician acknowledge that they did a short cut on the contract since I was home and witnessed the event.  After 12 months (into a 10 year warranty) the deck was a mess, peeling, The came out and replaced a few pieces of rotted wood and recoated the deck.  This time the deck is holding up a little better, but not much, still will need repainting, and repair work soon.  For the cost I could have replaced the whole deck with Tek wood and been done with it.    The owner is is great with regards to customer service No bad customer service, super nice and honest, he did everything he could to make it right.  This is just not a a good product for decks.  I can not comment on the house paint part, but I can say I used them based on a reference from a friend who used the house coating and they still love it. "

The owner was very professional and dedicated to being sure that the finished product was everything that the contract promised. <br /> The entire crew was friendly, cooperative, and efficient. The work was done in a timely manner. <br /> We plan to have them replace our front door, add a parking pad and an attached storage building within a few months. Will update once that’s completed, but have no doubt that it will be above and beyond our satisfaction. <br />"
