"I hired Brett and had never used him before. I based my decision on his prior feedback on Angi. My oldest daughter purchased a 100 year townhouse in Wilmington. The home inspector found numerous issues with the electrical including a recalled circuit breaker panel and numerous miswired outlets and switches. It was a large task. Brett gave me a reasonable offer and I hired him. When you first meet him, you know you are in good hands. He is very nice and well spoken. His work was impeccable. He showed up on time, both days and cleaned up after all work. The work was of very high quality and he went the extra mile doing several things that he did not need to do. In this basement, there was excessive unused wiring in the ceiling which he removed. If you need electrical work, he is your man. and his feedback shows it!"

Mark and his son were professional, punctual, and communicative. They texted before arriving and showed up exactly on time. Mark performed a thorough electrical inspection, took photos, and reviewed everything with me so I understood the condition of our system. I also asked about a few smaller projects, including a dock light switch and a deck remote-control switch that weren't working. Mark followed through on his promise to return, contacted me within a week, and scheduled the repairs. During that visit, I added two more switch replacements, and they completed all three jobs in under an hour. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. "George was very professional when we first dealt with him and did a satisfactory job.  However, when we wanted him to do smaller jobs, he did not respond or set up dates to come and then did not show up nor did he call.  His father, who is the actual owner of George's Painting, came to our house for an estimate to have 3 closet shelves installed (the metal mesh type) for hwich he wanted $650.00.  We thought that was entirely too much as the material cost less than $100.  We looked for someone else off of Angie's list and got an excellent person who only charged $200 which was more reasonable and on top of that did an excellent job.    In addition we are having numerous other things done at reasonable prices.  Had I waited a bit longer, I could have gotten my house painted much cheaper as well.  George is overpriced and does not respond when you call or will he make an appointment with you and then not keep it.  I am glad I found someone else who is capable of doing what we want, is professional, does excellent work and his price is more reasonable.    I have already had work done by this other company and we are very satisfied.
