If you don't use their service, they charge a trip charge of $59. As it turns out, their "book price" for a PRV is beyond ridiculous at nearly $800. The parts run $125ish at RETAIL (Home Depot), and it can't take more than 2 hours TOPS to replace it (less than an hour based on multiple Youtube videos), so MAYBE $450 could be considered “reasonable”. I’m VERY unhappy that their prices are so exorbitant, and I even had to pay for the privilege of having somebody come all of the way here to tell me the “book price”, when they could have given me that price over the phone and kept us both from wasting time and $. It’s troubling to have to pay a trip charge just to get a ridiculously overpriced bid. Another vendor gave me a fixed price, OVER THE PHONE, of $400. No trip charge, no funny games. I just sent the technician home. I’m usually not very vocal, but this is egregious. Obviously, I would NOT recommend this company."

"They performed a tear down of an existing kitchen and replaced it with new cabinets, removed a soffit, electric and plumbing work was done, new range, new dishwasher was placed. New countertop by the person he referred us to which turned out great. All the work was done in a professional manner. Al was good with keeping us informed and excellent on getting the right people for the job. Our primary carpenters were Jon and Leo and they and the subs were all professional in appearance and actions and polite."
