Cameron communicated with us throughout the process and asked us questions regarding placement of shelves and some of the finishing touches which I appreciated very much. "plumbers were fast, efficient, put things back together and swept up debris. They however did damage 1 paneling board - looks like an elbow went in it in two places, cracked the paneling in two areas, which is now visible - bent in and cracked. They either did not see it or failed to mention...They worked fast, cleaned up, voluntarily placed an access panel for me, which I bought during their lunch break in the ceiling where a 8 by 8" square also had to be cut for the job. Left promptly, all was done professionally and efficiently... I only noticed this panel damage after they left. Now I will need to match- if I can- this exact panel and replace it) on my cost... The inspector asked -why they changed the pipe - lead drain arm- behind the dishwasher, connecting the mission band when it wasn't listed as work needed- mission band was listed. I agreed with the p-trap needing changing in addition to the mission band, the lead drain arm replacement, which added plenty to cost, the plumbers told me was needed. I was notified of the $79 show-up to location charge -after- the appointment was scheduled and plumbers were on their way."

"The job was an entire bathroom replacement. This contractor came to the job after a previous contractor failed to complete the project. The contractor was very knowledgeable and able to repair and replace parts improperly installed. They also did the complete bathtub and shower installation. Both Travis and Tom took the time to explain the process and let me know of any issues and how to properly repair them. The communication was excellent and the quoted cost was appropriate. They made the entire process go smoothly even with unexpected issues or delays. I would highly recommend this company for any future project as they are knowledgeable and dependable giving the customer a high quality service and product."

"This is the second time we’ve hired GA Chott during the past 15 years. We hired Darryll and Angie and team to build out a bathroom from scratch (no plumbing) in our upstairs attic space, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of the work is unsurpassed. We had an inspector ask us about who did the work so that he could contact them for a job in his own home. The quality and attention to detail were incredible. James is purely a rockstar – he works quietly (considering it included demo and the like), cleanly and respectfully. He kept us in the know along the way and really brought the details together. He was always available when we had questions and did quality work from top to bottom. Most of all, James really treated our home as though it was his own. The coordination of the project (which included several required inspections) was all handled by Angie and team. She is a great communicator, and that can’t be overlooked in a project of this scale. Again, she was always available for any questions we may have, and made it feel like we were their only clients. Darryll helped us navigate decisions and brought the full plan together. When we encountered a couple of small issues, he was quick to address and correct them, and assured that things were properly handled. This was a large, 8-week project. We did our homework and acquired several bids. GA Chott wasn’t the cheapest (or the most expensive), but they were clearly the best choice. We give our highest recommendation. You’ll be pleased with both the quality of the work and how it’s handled throughout the process."

"Living in STL city, I put it off as long as I could. Time to tackle the bathroom. We had our tub removed, and that revealed all kinds of plumbing problems, but The Shower Company upgraded the plumbing, installed a new subfloor, new flooring, a new shower kit, toilet snd vanity. The crew very nice, cleaned up after every step. My only regret is that I didn’t sit down and plan with the representative. I thought I had it under control. It started buying things on my own. That was my mistake. They worked with me. Did such a fabulous job. Yes, I would definitely hire them again right now. Pics to follow"
