"After all of these years living in our house we had suddenly got roaches and so we clean and spry for then and they still lived, So i look up Angi on the internet and their web site was easy to look for what i needed to find, and under pest control was the info for Premier Pest control & out door solutions , so i had to cancel the 1st appointment with them then 2 days latter i had call them and she ( Linda ) came out to my house with in an hour of notice. now She was polite professional and she told us what we need to do to keep the pest out of our house, then she put down bate and bate traps in our kitchen and every where that we eat at, and the she spray for other insect around the house and outside also, now it has been a few days and we have NOT seen any pest inside our house. "This is the worst service I have ever had in my life. The contract that I signed says Hawx pest control company covers 200 insects. They were running a promo for $49 promo for the 1st visit and $50 per month for 11 months (approximately $600). After the first visit, he told me that he didn't cover a German roaches and I would have to pay an extra $800 on top of what I had already agreed to pay--even though roaches were included in the original contract. His name is Chris and he is a manager for Hawx pest control. He wouldn't compromise or help at all. He just said he would refund my money and walked out. "
