This time around we dealt with Kyle verse Ken for the initial bid and order set up. He is a true professional and was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. I was blown away that these two got entire fence installed in a day which allowed us to stay on schedule. Assume covid was a factor since all supply chains have been negatively affected but some of it was unfortunately due to staff communication and handoffs.
