"The score of work was to remove approximately 63 square feet of damaged ceramic tile and install new tile in its place. Once the tile was removed BMT discovered the original tile was improperly installed. BMT corrected the issue and delivered a new tile floor! I am very happy with the communication, progress pictures, and the willingness to do the job correctly. Outstanding! I recommend BMT and will contact them again in the future. "

The floor had some deep nasty stains, but he was able to use cleaning solution to get almost all of it out, so that now you don't notice it! We found that 36h before walking or putting another coat on the oil based polyurethane worked better than 24h, at least in the humid hot summer. He's done a great job, I felt I could trust him in my house, I love the outcome. And his rates were really reasonable. "
