When Mike came to give us the estimate, he noticed the loose rails at the front of the house and, before being asked about them, he said he recognized them as their product and that they would secure them at no cost to us. He didn't ask and he didn't change the offer when I told him that the rails had been installed over seven years ago, before I moved into the house.
