Previously, I had another electrician to come just to tell me that my only option was to replace the fans. Tony found that the fans could be repaired. He gave me an estimate which I received the same say. On the day of repair, Tony and his son came and did an outstanding job! As some of the windows and skylights were extremely hard to reach due to the height or the fact that some of the windows had security bars, we decided to hire S&J services after reading the reviews on Angie's List. I communicated with Santos over email where he provided me a very reasonable quote. He and his partner arrived a bit late for the appointment, but the short time it took to clean all the windows well made up for it (super quick and efficient). I even asked if they could wash an extra window and wasn't charged for the service. As far as the actual team that installed my gutters, in all honesty, I would not want them to do further work on my gutters. Minor mistakes were made. They promptly came back to my home to correct them. However, the workers appeared a little insulted and hesitant to do a thorough inspection. I'm still not certain that they thoroughly inspected their work when they returned.
I still give an A++ to Robert Wood and the administrative team though. They were great from start to finish. To date, I've not give the new gutters a thorough and complete examination, because I've not be home when it was raining enough to know for certain. Yet, I trust Robert to send someone back promptly, if I discover any additional seam leakages.
