"He was late for appointment and after one and a half hours I had to call him. He was about 3 hrs late. Once he got here he was quick, professional and his work was excellent. Because it was getting late and I didn't want him to continue after one room was done he said he would come back to stretch the rest of the carpet at second room cost which I thought was very nice. I would recommend him. I realize we all have days that just don't go as smooth as we would like just would like a call if going to be late."

"We removed the wet pad and dried out the carpet and cement floor for a week. Gary came over to check out the situation and see the kind of pad we still had in place, then came back the next day with the replacement pad. He installed the pad, repaired some loose tack strip, and re-stretched the carpet. All went well and took about 90 minutes. We can't tell that anything happened to the carpet, and the pad feels the same as the original pad (it was about 2 years old)

"Eugene is so capable, talented and amazing! He single handedly put all of our furniture out of the way so he can start installing our floor. He removed the toilet to install the floor and FIX OUR TOILET! He then removed our refrigerator, range, and dishwasher ALL BY HIMSELF!! He originally told me he would have my floor done in 5 days but finished in 3 days. Before he left I asked him to give me an estimate for our carpeted area. We will have him install our carpet next. We requested some little things he even went right to Home Depot to help us finish the job. I will highly recommend using Flooring Pro Inc. Perhaps rivaling this, is their responsiveness to phone calls or texting. I can always get a hold of someone or get called back right away. Everyone in this company is super, super, SUPER polite and when any issues arise they are quick to offer great solutions to keep your projects on schedule. I am very happy with the quality of the vinyl flooring install and the hardwood floor refinishing that was done. "Our realtor recommended Floor Coverings Int'l as a company that could provide quick and reliable service for replacing old carpet in the home we were selling. Tony came to our home, showed us several options in several price ranges, did not try to push us too hard towards the pricier options (we were just looking for basic carpet), and gave good advice on color coordination with our walls and existing other floors. We ended up getting a quote for similar work (though without the range of options for carpet) from a Big Box Home Improvement Store, and Tony matched the price (~$300 less). We were able to schedule the work quite quickly (just before Thanksgiving, so not a really easy time of year), and the installer was very competent. The installer was quite good and the whole house was done quickly. They worked around a handyman who was doing some work in one of the bedrooms. They also sealed up a cracking linoleum seam in the kitchen as part of the deal."
