"This is the second time Aylwin Construction has come to the rescue when I had a leak in the roof. Unlike other roofing companies who wanted to have me wait 5 days for an estimator to come and then schedule a repair after that, the people at Aylwin were very responsive and got out to the house the same day. The repair couldn't be done that day, but they offered to put up a tarp and put me on the schedule for the next day. This was a great relief! Dante, the crew supervisor, was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He communicated very well with us on what needed to be done and showed pictures to better explain the problem. He also pointed out other repairs of the same issue that would need to be done eventually. The crew was on time and worked quickly to get the complete the work before the rain started again. Bryon in the office who does the scheduling provided a quick quote for the initial repair ($1800) and another for the remaining issues ($5200) which we decided to have repaired right away. For the second set, Bryon got us on the schedule for 2 days the following week while weather was dry. Both repairs were done quickly and professionally. The crew was very respectful of our property and clean up was perfect - nothing left behind. They were careful to move things out of the way overnight so we could access our garage and they stopped to check in at the beginning and end of each day. Aylwin will be my first call if I need work done in the future! Their sense of urgency and friendliness was awesome and they never made me feel like our initial, smaller leak problem was too small.
