We were able to use our existing pavers, which was great. The team came out and pulled up the pavers, washed them clean and re-installed them over the course of 2 days. Dave from Peabody very timely in his responses, and competitive with bid vs. other reputable providers.   Everything nice and itemized, and flexible to tweak a la carte.
Once signed, the grounds team was very fast to get scheduled and work was very clean.  Impossible to get everything on the first go-round when you aren't living there, but the fore-woman Jammi, was very open to feedback and quick to touch things up.  She is also very knowledgable on her plants!
Turf crew has mowed appropriately, not excessively, and very tidy.
Dave continues to impress with periodic checks and professional interactions.
