"The job was supposed to be taken care of in one day. It ended up taking 4 days after we requested that the job be done correctly. Work crew was supposed to arrive at 9:00 and did not show up until 11:00. We asked the crew to repair the few items that we discussed with the owner and they did not know about it. They “finished” the job and that evening we were able to see out the our upstairs bedroom window that sections of the leaf guard were not there and a section was not attached. We called and the crew was to show up first thing in the morning. When they showed up at 3:30 my husband requested photos of all the gutters from the roof to make sure it was all done completely. There was a full section of the back of our house where there was no leaf guard attached at all. They also did not have enough wood for the trim and not enough leaf guard to repair that day. It was finally done and done well 4 days later, but it took a lot of follow up and double checking. The foreman was very apologetic, but I was upset that it took us finding an small error and we would have not even known about the large section of leaf guard that was not installed."

"This company charged us $39,900 to metal roof our garage, fix a roof someone else started, put up some Smart Board soffit and fascia, and put up 6-inch gutters. It took two months to complete the job. I was given it three different times before it was done. The work took about four days. Gutters are not up yet, but we are painting the soffit and fascia first. They are polite. not happy with the cost or time for completion. They explained the cost as related to going over another crews work. Our contractor had abandoned us, and we were desperate to get it done so we could complete the interior work."

"Because the roofer that had PREVIOUSLY replaced the roof had not installed a drip edge, water got in behind the Hardie soffit over the garage and eventually rotted a hole in the soffit. It was difficult to find a roofing company who works with Hardie products and was willing to take a "small job". One roofing company suggested trying Home Advisor, and that is how we found Peak Roofing. The original plan was to replace the one rotted Hardie soffit panel, and install a drip edge or apron. When the old soffit was taken down, it became apparent that the fascia board had rot, and that the rot had gone to the boards behind the fascia as well. They replaced the 2x4's behind the fascia, replaced the fascia with PVC fascia, built a box from PVC boards to hold the new (now 2 panels) of Hardie soffit, and installed a drip apron. It was a job with a lot of scope creep and some creative carpentry, but they stayed well into the evening until it was done, and cleaned up the site very well. The finished project looks great, and the whole team was wonderful. We feel that we have found a company that truly has integrity, as well as doing great work, and highly recommend Peak.
