"We had Advance perform an annual inspection and maintenance on our A/C unit. They did a good job cleaning and servicing the unit. What really got them an A-grade however is that while they were at our house to service our main unit for the upstairs, we mentioned that our other A/C unit, which supplies the downstairs, hadn't been working for awhile. They took it upon themselves, free of charge, to look at the other unit and they were able to get it going again. They even went as far as servicing the other unit. "Shawn Naessig, the owner of the company, is very professional and timely with his communication.  He sent his drywall expert, a subcontractor named Rocky, to do the job.  
We had several holes needing repair as well as a foyer stairway curved wall that needed drywall installed.  Rocky is extremely professional, polite and always called to schedule a time that was convenient for me.  His work is exceptional and he even went the extra mile checking around the house for other areas that needed fixing.  Given that this is a new construction, we still haven't painted.  The curved wall in the stairway was not easy to do and Rocky kept coming back to get it just right.  He was also meticulous at cleaning up after himself.  
 I was not billed until the job was completed and everyone was happy. Shawn even gave me a discount because I had some drywall lying around that Rocky could use.
Overall I am very happy with the work and would not hesitate to call them back should we require their services.  Highly recommended!
